My daughter bought a phone from Talk Shop Mobile Service Centre at a shop in ramsgate. my daughter bought the phone for her dads birthday. after the shop tested the phone they came to the same conclusion as i did the phone don't work. therefore i have been back 3 times to ask for a refund but have been refused my money back. now i'v a phone thats no good to my husband or anyone else. what a waste of time and money. I WOULD URGE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY FROM THE SHOP BUY AT THEY'RE OWN RISK. (BEWARE)
