I have recently visited and purchased various items of a dinner service from your Milton Keynes branch. I was served by Cynthia Crookshank in the Homeware Department, and I would like to say just how helpful and accomodating she was. Since then I have phoned or visited the store for various reasons and each time she has always been available to speak to. I find it rare and unfortunate that this kind of service is not found that often anymore, especially in a large department store and would like to say thankyou to Cynthia for all her help. Staff like this should be looked after and recognised for their customer care qualities.
