We have been coming to Snowdonia for many years now and have stayed in many forms of accommodation. Having had bad experiences in the centre of Betws-y-Coed before we decided to look for accommodation just outside the centre but with walking distance. Bryn Bella fitted the criteria exactly. With Private off road parking, something you don't always get in Betws-y-Coed and an elevated position overlooking the Village Bryn Bella offer the moist spectacular views and even better sunsets. Just a five minute walk along a footpath, with young lambs all around, brought us to the centre of the village. All the benefits of Betws-y-Coed without the crush of the migrating masses! And so to the Guest House. What can we say other than exceptional. Joan and Mark are the epitome of welcoming hosts. Their relaxed manner in which they welcome you into their home makes you feel like one of the family. The rooms are of the highest standard and are equipped to a standard and we wanted for nothing. I have stayed in 5 Star hotel chains with less facilities, we could not believe our luck. They even had wireless internet connections in all rooms which meant we could send back photos each day. Our Room, room 5, has one of the most picturesque views and we never pulled the curtains as we did not want to interrupt the view, morning or night. The attention to detail throughout the house and the exceptional standards of cleanliness were without equal. Do I recommend this guest house, you bet, but part of me wants to keep the secret safe as I want to be able to come back again and again. Will we return, yes Sir, we have already booked another long weekend so the answer is an unequivocal YES. Well done Joan and Mark you clearly have got it just right. How very refreshing.

After spending some time in London we were looking for a nice change of pace. We found it at the Bryn Bella . Our rooms were exactly as represented on the B&B's website. Our host was exceptionally gracious and informative. We had quick access to town via a quaint footpath, (maybe a fifteen minute walk). The rooms were quite large, very clean and comfortable. Really couldn't have been more pleased. After our departure our host discovered that we had a left a couple of inexpensive items behind. He drove the eighteen miles to the Llundundo Junction car rental agency to catch us before our departure later that day. An example of service above and beyond.
