I was in a party of 7 that visited this pub. We got to the Crown just before closing time and requested drinks and something to eat.
The customer service we received was nasty, dusgusting and appauling. It is places like this that give this country a very bad reputation for poor customer service.
To top it, we paid £4.00 for a pint of beer!
If you want to pay for expensive rude customer service, visit this hell hole!

As it is my birthday I am meeting my daughter for lunch at The Crown, but the published telephone number does not work and enquiries reveal that it does not take incoming calls. We are going anyway but why have a telephone number that potential customers cannot use?
