Great, great, Great, food just absolutelllllly fab, especially now that it's been taken over by new Management.

Now that this pub has been taken over by the ex owners of the Volunteer in Grove it is fantastic. We have eaten here several times and the food keeps getting better and better, and we have now booked to eat here again, the beautiful homemade food and friendly atmosphere makes this a pleasant and comfortable place to eat and drink I woudl reccommend it to anyone.

the hare is a very nice traditional english pub, food is very nice and with in a good budget.
