Opened today under new management. The previous opening times published on most sites ie closed Monday and Tuesday no longer apply

two friends and i ate in the plough inn at short notice at 20.45 when most places are winding down on food provision.
the three of us all ordered from the restaurant menu although we were also offered the bar meal menu choices.
the meals arrived freshly cooked, on time, hot, very well presented by pleasant staff.
the food, in our three opinions, could not be bettered anywhere. the fact it was all "homemade" was obvious in its look and taste- a real credit to the chef in a world of "plastic restaurant food".
10/10, i promise you will not regret eating here!
