A-up. Chad, Benny, Rachel and Denise are the nicest bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure of meting, they would go out of their way to do something for u, me and my uncle came to England for a month to work and from the first time I set foot in the door of the bay horse inn I felt welcome. I still remember my first dinner, I had I ordered steak n black pepper sauce and I was having trouble finishing it lol you don’t get what you paid for, you get a whole lot more, the service is great thanks to a gorgeous girl called Rachel x (miss ya) . the atmosphere is great especially on a Wednesday night when the quiz is on and Chad, Benny and Denise always keep the crack going. I have been back a couple of times since and every time I do I don’t want to leave, Its my 2nd home. See u's soon guys, and Chad ( put the poker down and step away from the fire lol)

Having enjoyed many delicious Sunday lunches in this gem of a pub, I decided to try an evening meal. It was no surprise that the staff were as friendly as ever and the food was superbly cooked as well as being really good value. The menu offered a good range of meals, including vegetarian options, and it was difficult to choose which one to try. I had the chilli and orange chicken with rice and was relieved to find that it was full of flavour without burning my mouth. My companion had chicken stuffed with Stilton and cleaned the plate. I cannot recommend the Bay Horse strongly enough. It is well worth the drive to enjoy good food in a relaxed setting .. complete with a real fire at this time of year.
