My husband and I called in whilst we were walking around the Shipley Park area and had a drink, the pub has a lovely atmosphere and the food looks devine. The barman was most welcoming and we cannot wait for our next visit so we can then treat ourselves to there lovely food

Great pub, lovely village even the abott ale was nice. just a great shame about the staff? what on earth are greene king doing putting two chavs with no people skills whatsoever into this village pub? we felt like two aliens walking into the pub. such a shame
