Have used these guys in the past and they have been okay. nothing special. nothing terrible. Sometimes a little late, never great cars, but cheap-ish albeit that I have had drivers trying to charge more than the correct fare on a few occasions
Tonight i tried booking a car at short notice. I said when i needed it (25 mins), the guy asked where from/to, as if ready to take the order. It was a very short local drop, abt 0.5 miles, as its hammering down with rain -we'd usually walk it- and voila- no cars available.
I got the impression if it were a fare into town they might have bee bothered to send a car. I wont bother again.

I made a booking for a collection on Saturday evening, the cab arrived almost an hour late despite calling every 10 minutes to check where ir was and being fobbed off with "it's on the way". Driver was very stroppy and drove like a lunatic. I won't ever use this company again.

i have used this company on numerous occasions over the last couple of weeks and they are fantastic! They charge reasonable prices and are very reliable. The Drivers are great.I went to kingston hospital today to pick up one of my very sick patients and the driver was superb (Tunisian). Highly recommended.

I booked a taxi to collect me from Heathrow airport at 10pm on Sunday- the taxi never showed up. They claimed they had no record of my booking. As if that wasn't bad enough the taxi driver who did eventually show up didn't come into the terminal to find me - he made me look for him! He didn't help me with my luggage, he didn't know the roads - he didn't have a clue how to get from Heathrow to Richmond (which is the simplest journey - I don't drive and I know the way) and worst of all he was incredibly rude. At one point he got really angry and started yelling - turning around to face me (i.e. not looking at the road and driving rather recklessly). All in all the WORST EVER taxi experience I have ever had. Never again.
They also go by the name of Chiswick Green, JST Executive, Richmond Express, Richmond Green, Riverview Cars, The Express Group and Twickenham Express.
