Good Points: Good room. Friendly place and staff. Warm and cozy. Close to everything in Richmond.
Bad Points: Cleaning staff were too keen for me to leave prior to the check out time but were happy to give me time once I pushed back
General review: I will came back again

Good Points: The location in Richmond as well as the pub/bar below the room was very nice
Bad Points: The room and furniture were in a rather poor state compared to the price of the room.
General review: Fine, but we would not chose the same place again.
