Good Points: Excellent location with views of the Thames, boats, bird life and cows in the meadow. Courteous and friendly staff. Period building is elegant with a sweeping staircase and quiet, unfussy ambiance. Restaurant offers top quality cuisine. Very generous breakfast with wide choice to cater for all tastes.
General review: I booked an economy single room and found the room comfortable and equipped with all I needed, including shower caps, shower gel, hairdryer. The room was small and facing onto a back courtyard, but this was no problem. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
