Good Points: upgraded on arrival as we were offered a King Size room for £15.00 extra. money well spent as it was in the excellent new extension.
Bad Points: the layout means you had to go up stairs to actually then go down to the ground floor, sounds strange but is factual.
General review: a very pleasant experiance, very friendly staff and also happy to oblige. unfortunately breakfast was very disorganised, not enough tables to accomodate peak times and the staff didnt seem to be allocated specific tasks, so it consequently seemed that nothing got done. breakfast itself was very exceptable.
