Harberton is a pleasant Devonshire village set in the South Hams, surrounded by a patchwork of green countryside. Narrow lanes lead to attractive buildings and the ancient church of St Andrews, which has interesting treasures to share. If the thought of a brief encounter of your own is longed for, climb aboard the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway which journeys through the English Riviera, or perhaps the chance to see thousands of animals will tempt a visit to Paignton Zoo, or there is always the fun to be had at Pennywell Farm and Wildlife Centre. A visit to Dartington Crystal Factory showcases the expertise needed to create the sparkling delights, or maybe Sharpham Vineyard will be a favourite destination, as a tour around the Vineyard and idyllic surroundings on the River Dart is concluded with a tasting .perfect.
