Barrow and the neighbouring island of Walney, offer a selection of scenic walks. There are beautiful coastal walks including the new Red Man's Way along Walney Channel. The Cistercian Way, a 33 mile walk along the paths, tracks and byeways that fringe of northern shores of Morecambe Bay passes through the Town.
