Opened his first restaurant City Rhodes in 1997. Also owns Arcadian Rhodes on the P&O superliner, Cumberland Rhodes and Rhodes Calabash, in Grenada. Made his first TV appearance on Hot Chef. Has since hosted TV shows including Masterchef, Hell’s Kitchen, Rhodes Around Britain and Rhodes Around India. Awarded an MBE in 2006.
