Katy Brand became a devout evangelical Christian aged 13, and went on to read theology at Keble College Oxford, though she soon lost her faith there. After Oxford she worked in television production for a time before trying her hand at performing as a comedian. She has appeared in TV comedy programmes like Tittybangbang, Peep Show and Katy Brand’s Big Ass Show, and made guest appearances on a variety of panel and talk shows.
