KJT as some commentators would prefer her to be known is, as would be expected from a heptathlete, a gifted performer across a range of disciplines, her greatest strengths being in long jump (where she has set a British indoor record) and high jump (where in 2015 she broke the British high jump record). In 2015 also she set a new British indoor points record for the heptathlon.
