The Home & Garden Show at Chester Racecourse will take place from 1st-3rd June. Featuring talks by gardening guru Diarmuid Gavin, BBC property presenter Sarah Walker and many more as well as live cookery demonstrations by TV chef Simon Rimmer, the event is expected to attract 20,000 visitors over three days. Every visitor to the show will receive a goodie bag and will have the chance to book a free one-to-one consultation with a qualified interior or garden designer. Other show highlights will include a series of main stage talks by well-known design experts, inspiring room sets and show gardens plus cookery demonstrations and wine tastings. More than 150 exhibitors will be showcasing the latest products for the home and garden and RIBA will be on hand to offer free advice from leading northern architects. Adult tickets cost £7.50 (advance) or £10 on the day. Concessions: £6 (advance) or £7.50 on the day. Children under 16 are entitled to free admittance if accompanied by an adult. 01244 663400
