in response to the last report posted. i would just like to say that i was in the norton grange this particular evening (16th june) and yes it was a very busy evening and yes we had to wait for our food but it was definately worth the wait myself and my family had a very pleasurable evening and have returned to this establishment on many occasions since and will carry on to do so. i remember this gentleman very clearly as i had to tell him to lower his voice as i came out for a nice evening and didnt want to subject my children to this behaviour, his reaction was 'No i will not lower my voice this has nothing to do with you' but in my opinion if it didnt have anything to do with anyone else he shouldnt have spoken so loud for people to react. my wife and I felt the staff handled this situation calmly and very proffessionally!! when ordering my sweets at the bar i overheard another customer tell the manager 'i shouldnt worry about him he did the same at a pub i was in last week! now i find this shocking behaviour.
all i can say is that if anyone is in the area i would strongly advice you to go the Norton Grange, great food, good value for money and its a pleasurable dining experience and i would hate for this over dramatised report previosly posted to put people off from an enjoyable experience!!!
