Berkeley, Gloucestershire

Review of Berkeley by Pamela Curtis on January 22nd, 2008
The Malt house as it is now known, was the Bird in hand, and was owned by my Grandparents, Mr and Mrs Cooper, most of the people of Berkeley have asked for it to be changed back to it,s original name, as the history of the Bird is of great interest. For many youngsters today they rely on us to leave the History for future generations, so if you would like more information on The Bird In Hand, and its History, please get in touch.

Brit Quote:
Don't clap too hard - it's a very old building. - John Osborne
