Good Points: Location
Bad Points: Routine sounds of other guests either side and above transmited through very thin walls/ceiling. Bed and pillows of very low quality. Staff were overly casual and not very professional.
General Review: Given that the price of the accomodation/breakfast was in excess of the same at a Premier Travel Inn, we felt entitled to expect similar facilities/professionalism. Also that the build quality of the hotel should be such that a guest is not constantly aware of guests in other rooms. Service in the restaurant was amateurish, with so called background music constantly skipping tracks, speeding up, then disappearing which initially was quite amusing, but after the first half hour proved to be most annoying, with the staff seemingly oblivious to the fact. Mostly the staff seemed more interested in talking with one another than on serving. On the plus side, the room was clean and the food was very nice. On leaving a day earlier than planned, the lady who checked us out was professional and understanding.
