Good Points: Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable Bad Points: Service at reception was appaling, both at check in & out, and for general queries, all staff were rude and obnoxious General review: The rooms were excellent, very comfortable, spacious, with good heating, and shower/bath facilities. The location of the hotel is great, nice and central The reception staff however need leave a lot to be desired, they are rude, obnoxious and extremely unhelpful, however the bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all excellent and very friendly.
