Good Points: It looked on the surface to be a pleasant airy room.
Bad Points: On closer inspection I found the room to be a bit in need of attention. The kettle had to be held in it's position to boil adequately; the curtains had an ironing burn mark; the bed had quite lumpy springs and was uncomfortable; the wallpaper was peeling off at the hairdrier plugpoint, and the coathangers were a bit dusty.
General review: My general stay was quite pleasant except for all the little annoyances I have listed above. I don't think the price reflected the accommodation, as the rooms are very small anyway. The ensuite was a shower room, which I expected to be a bathroom, so that could have been made clearer. I just felt a bit of refurbishment was needed in the room. Comfortable beds are a must in any hotel. I didn't feel enough care had been taken for the overall workings of the room.
