Bad Points: Chef Patron served breakfast wearing dirty whites and not over sociable, restaurant was rather rowdy we opted to dine elsewhere. Room decor was rather dated. Cutlery and tableware could have been in better condition. No one was about to receive the keys when we left.
General review: Adequate, not awful but an unusual stay

Very comfortable small hotel in quiet part of Town. The food was excellent, with 2 of the best evening meals I have ever had - served in an elegant dining room wuth full silver service.
It's location is quite convenient for M42, Birmingham and the midlands in general.
