Good Points: Staff very helpful and friendly, needed to ask about the public transport and they knew everything i needed to ask them! Bad Points: Only bad point was that there may be more sugar and milk with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this was far from a problem as staff were very quick to find me some more when i asked about it. General review: Was very pleased, hope to stay there again next time I visit London.
