Good Points: Very helpful and friendly staff.
Bad Points: Parking is always tricky in this part of London although the hotel has tickets to buy.
General review: Very pleasant stay, room was a good size, staff very friendly and overall this was good value for money for London.

The location. The size of the room. The politeness and helpfulness of staff.,No car park.,"A well run small hotel. Covers all basic needs in that its comfortable, clean and my room had a decent bathroom. The location is handy for Hampstead (walkable) and Finchley Road tube is 5 minutes walk so easy to get to central London."
