Add your review Awful customer service!! My daughters phone had a fault, which they sent for repare which should of taken 14 day, I was not given a replacement phone and told 'the deliveries tomorrow' every day for a week! They then didn't contact me as they said they would to say we could collect it instead we had to chase them, only to find it was going to be another 28 day untill it was fixed, that was on the 21st of july, I still don't have the phone and have had to buy another although she cannot use her 500mb of internet as it only a cheap replacement but they still insist we pay full price for a contract which we wouldn't be able to use if I hadn't brought another phone! It's now the 8th september and I haven't heard a thing! Carphone warehouse are terrible.

Add your review After wading through all the options available, I waited for an operator and was put through to a department where I could clearly hear voices in the background, but nobody snswered my call so I hung up. Not great for business. Infuriating!
