Having been a pink geranium fan, I was looking forward to the renovation. However what a disappointment. We went for Sunday lunch, with the children - BEWARE my 8 and 5 year old only had one course - a small beef dinner and were charged full adult price for 2 courses £22.00 each!! The atmosphere and temperature is cold with new sparse furniture and the heating off even though it is mid November. Had to wait 45 mins just to take the order, despite asking on several occasions. Food took even longer, apparently as an unexpected table of 8 had turned up. I know things can happen but the restaurant was relatively empty and we had a reservation. Food was overpriced for its mediocre quality and to finish was served cold coffee!
Overall one of my favourite restaurants ruined!!
