I have been visiting Toploinos for some time now and have certainly recommended it to my friends. We have had a few birthday meals there and the ambience is just as perfect for a quiet meal for two too.
It would be easy to walk by as the restaurant is located downstairs from Sauchiehall Street but once inside it just feels comfortable, homely and CLEAN! Thes taff are friendly and attentive but not pushy, just the right mix.
The food has always been excellent. The portions are generous and filling. Well presented too. This is the biggest portion of potato skins I have ever had for the money anywhere in Scotland.
The main course too have never disappointed.
In short if you want nice surroundings, good portions of excellent food at reasonable prices with family type service Topolinos is the place to go.
