Good Points: Friendly, helpful staff.
Bad Points: Overcharged on check out but one phone call to an extremely apologetic and courteous memeber of staff resulted in an immediate refund. handle seemed to be coming off the walls

Good Points: The staff was very nice and helpfull
Bad Points: The cleaning : web at the restaurant, in the room. Not really dirty, but not a good picture for the me. No massage possible a saturday afternoon...
General review: A really nice place, that could be even better with a little more.

Fantastic hotel, All the staff were very friendly, attentive and so helpfull. Although there was a few problems with the plumbing they were more than happy to help and i feel that they went the extra mile to try and solve the issue. I would definately recommend to stay in this hotel.
