Good Points: We would definitely book again for next year - the staff were really good and helpful particularly on reception
Bad Points: Our room was not cleaned for 2 days but we partly to blame as we hadn't put a notice out

Good Points: Beautiful hotel and grounds, quiet, comfortable, great bath products
Bad Points: Kettle didn't work nor did remote control for television.
General review: It was beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

Bad Points: A bit far to walk to the nearest Tube Station

WHAT A DISSAPOINMET I BOOKED A LUXURY ROOM FOR MY 21ST BIRTHDAY BUT WHEN I ARRIVED NONE WERE AVAILABLE NO REFUND OR ALTERATIVE OFFERED VERY DISSAPOINTED WOULD NOT RECCOMEND NO FLUFFY ROBES EMPTY FRIDGE TURNED OFF IN ROOM VERY OUT OF DATE AND UNTIDY BATHROOM DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY OF THE PICTURES
