My husband and I have been members of this club since it began about 8 years ago. Unfortunately, for the past two weeks the water has only been 76f much too cold to swim, and doesn't seem to be getting better. The problem is that there is that the water is heated from a large generator in the grounds which makes such a noise that it annoys the neighbours and, as a compromise the owner of the pool decided it would be turned off in the evenings, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Over Christmas, of course, the water has just got colder and colder. We are very unhappy about this situation and, consequently, wouldn't recommend anyone to join at the moment.
