We have had the most enjoyable and relaxed camping holiday here. we have 3 children the youngest was 2 the first year we went, and they all love polzeath beach for the rock pooling and surf/boogie boarding.the beach couldnt be more accesible, the view cant be beaten and shops are a stroll away.the site isnt too big so the children were able to enjoy freedom to explore and make friends. We have had a lovely time and will return. We were lucky with the weather too.

Tristram caravan and camping park is situated right next to Polzeath bay and has great views of the sea. It's a great place to watch the surfers and boogie boarders. Access to the beach is literally 10 yards from the camp exit. The facilites are clean and the staff is friendly. If you fancy dining out there is a lovely restaurant right next door to the site which serves great food and wine for around £50 per head for a full 3 course meal with wine. The main shops of Polzeath are a two minute walk away and cater perfectly for campers.
We had a great time at Tristram and plan to go back there again next time we are camping in Cornwall.
