A great fiendly folk week.
"The friendliest folk festival of them all".
And very family orientated.
It can even be the cheapest folk festival because many of the gigs are free except for a few bob in the tin.
If you want to you can learn to play a variety of intruments at the many workshops or even learn to belly dance.
The best folk festival in southern England.

"As a resedent in the southeast corner of England I think B. F. W. is a Fantastic Event for all the Family to Enjoy . The Volunteer workers do a great job in helping and assisting the public in whatever way required, sometimes even doing that extra bit and always with a Smile . As I have been a regular patron over the last 12 years I have found that B. F. W. is a great way for any Folk enthusiast and the whole family to spend a great holiday. I hope it lasts for many years to come . best wishes " SQUEEK SQUEEK SQUEEK ""
