Arrived there and was told we where late and we had disturbed the football game. I told the receptionist before we arrived that we would not be there till approx 9pm. We got there at 9.15pm. The website says 24hour! The following morning i decided to take a shower at 20p. I took along 40p and got undressed. I put 20p in the meter and the shower never came on. I then put in another 20p and the shower still never came on. I had to go and get dressed and tell the receptionist, she came to the shower block with a knife and shoved it into the meter, the shower started to work. She did say that they did get trouble with that shower from time to time. I got undresses and got in the shower, I never even got to put shampoo in my hair when the shower stopped. It lasted approx 2 minutes. I had to get dressed and go to reception once again. This time i was greeted by Mr Happy who had greeted us so warmly on friday. He told me that all his regular customers had no problems with the shower and that i must have put the money in incorrectly (how hard is it to insert 20p in a meter?) He wanted to go back to the shower with his knife so that i could get my other 20p worth of shower. I told him that i was sick of getting undressed and dressed and that i wanted my 40p back. He did give me a refund of 40p with a commect of "if i wanted to get my showers fixed i would have to shut up shop for a week" I will never go back to his holiday park. I found him very rude and obnoxious. He couldn't care less about his customers.
