I ordered some paints on the 8th November, and, 3 weeks later, they have still not arrived. The money came out of my account. but I haven't had anything back. I have tried calling them numerous times but there is never an answer. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back, but cant get hold of them. I wouldn't recommend this sight.

This is a really first class small hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate, clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a small but very functional bathroom. The restaurant food and service were excellent, including some options for vegetarians. The staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. I have already booked to stay again (for six nights) in the same period next year.
