Still a member of Results, Now have socail events few months a year so get fit and have a social life as well.

After being 'collared' outside the Tesco Store one weekend, decided to take up their offer of a tour of Results. Very quiet Friday evening, with not too many people there. Very impressed by the equipment and the offer of one to one tuition. its been many years since I went to a club. (1986-89 at Old Gaol) so needed the push in the right direction, have signed up for a month, likely a mnthly basis, see how things progress...
