It's a bit off the beaten track, but really worth the effort, as this is a gem of a restaurant. Cosy, village pub atmosphere with a choice of dining in either the bar (with a fantastic open fire) or in the dining area. Food is wonderful - not a vast menu, but everything is cooked to perfection. We just keep on coming back!

Excellent food - very interesting, varied menu. Very good wine list.
The kitchen is open to the restaurant, so you can see the food being prepared - which is always a good sign.
Thoroughly recommended.

Stunning, there is no other word to describe it. Excellent food from one of the best chef’s around. Excellent wine list and service that would put most establishments to shame.
I would thoroughly recommend a visit.
