General review: Adequate, no frills budget hotel located in area with nice pubs/restaurants on door step.
Rooms are 'tired' and not very well sound-proofed.

For value this place was great with a full hearty breakfast each morning and a place to crash at the end of a full day. It is VERY well located and the staff were helpful for pointing out bus stops and things. Very close to the Underground and walking distance to London's city attractions.
No elevators though, which was a shock for us and the stairways are very narrow that our suitcases didn't travel well upstairs. Stay on the bottom floor if you can.
No holding area for your luggage either. We had a red eye into Heathrow and despite thinking we had it prior arranged to leave our stuff, when we arrived at the hotel staff weren't too interested to help look after a couple of suitcases while we tried to kill time waiting for our room to be available, which was after lunch and we arrived before breakfast. If you're arriving at a bad time, book the night before as well or ring them and get something in writing that they'll be able to get you into your room early.
Bathrooms are small, but functional. You get what you pay for and if you're on a budget this place is a must.
