my brother and i were visiting the area for the weekend with our partners, and had a wonderful time (despite the weather). mariana and jacques were so helpful and accommodating, and went out of their way to cater for everything we wanted during our stay.
on arrival there were only twin rooms available (which were converted to doubles for our stay), but after our first evening, there were 2 doubles available and mariana went out of her way to change our rooms over, to give us the double bedrooms with a lovely view.
although we were leaving too early on our first day to enjoy a full scottish breakfast (which was lovely when we got to enjoy it on the second day!), mariana went to the effort of having plenty of toast and cereals etc available, to ensure we didnt start the day on an empty stomach, just like mum.
we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were spotless, and we had so much fun with the karaoke that although the weather let us down, the visit to the hotel certainly picked up the pieces.
