Good Points: Really nice, helpful and friendly staff. Big bathroom. Nice outside area in a sunny courtyard.
Bad Points: The shower is abyssmal. The rate is not exactly cheap and for that I would expect a shower with decent water pressure. The ecological aspect of low pressure is wasted as you spend twice as long in the shower trying to get wet. Also, the breakfast serving time is far too early and too short. For guests staying on a leisure visit, 7:15 to 8:30 is not leisurely. I would suggest extending it to 9:30.
General review: It is a very friendly establishment, but I think overpriced considering where it is and the facilities available.

Good Points: High quality bed, bedding, towels etc. Good location.
Bad Points: 'Bad' is an overstatement but one member of staff could be a little more friendly when we arrived... both staff we encountered seemed 'hassled'.

Good Points: near venue, clean accommodation and pleasant and helpful owners
Bad Points: breakfast table not laid correctly, had been used previously that morning, had to find our own cups from another table, no napkins , no butter or variety of preserves available on other tables, had to ask for our toast twice and the couple who had arrived after us were served before us, one of the young ladies serving could do with getting rid of the gum that was rolling around her mouth.
General review: actual stay was pleasant, breakfast (full english) was good except for service, it would be good if the tables were looked after by the same member of staff, we had 3 people serving us and it was the owner who rescued the situation.
