Nestled in the Cheshire countryside, Willington Hall is a hidden gem. From outside the traditional hall is picturesque, set in beautiful grounds, and inside you are not disappointed. We found the interior delightful; its traditional period features blended with styles that are more modern create an ambience infused with charm and elegance. The staffs were all lovely and welcoming, providing faultless service from the moment we checked in, and in our opinion, are a credit to the establishment. Nothing was too much trouble; the receptionist on duty offered to carry our luggage to the room and provided us with coffee in the room, after our long journey. My husband and I stayed in the four-poster room during our visit, and we both agreed the room is breathtaking; the high ceilings, spacious en-suite, and large windows (that provided amazing views over to the welsh mountains) that bespoke of luxury, the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. For supper we dined in the bar room and again our expectations were surpassed. The food was excellent. The waitress and young woman from reception, despite being very busy that evening, were efficient and their attentive service came not only with a smile but also with friendly conversation. Awaking the next morning to the tranquil surroundings, we felt fully relaxed and refreshed. Our only complaint would be how quickly time seemed to pass during our stay! We were sorry to leave Willington Hall and its staff, but hope to return soon.

The Hotel lovely building in a stunning location, the staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful and i thought obviously well trained. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was very spacious, warm and comfortable (Room 1) It had snowed overnight and in the morning when we awoke we threw open the curtains to reveal the most beautiful view of the countryside. All in all, be it for only the one night, well worth staying there. Thanks to all involved.

We have booked our daughters wedding to be held here. We have visited several times and the staff are so friendly. The food is FANTASTIC, the best sunday lunch I have had in a very long time. When you are in the hotel, it feels so homely, and as I have said the staff are friendly and really are interested in you. We are really looking forward to our special day there, but I know for a fact we will spend alot of time eating in the little hidden jewel in Cheshire. The sweet trolley will certainley test your skills in which one to choose, as they are all delicious. Although we haven't stayed in the hotel yet I have spoken to people who have, who say they really enjoyed it.
