Good Points: breakfast was excellent size of bathroom friendly receptionist

Good Points: Standard of rooms was very high. The resturant food and service was very good. Breakfast for which you pay extra was excellent.
Bad Points: The standard of room given to quests with dogs was at best very poor. I raised this point with the manager, (as I had a small Chihuahua with me)who after a lot of discussion alocated me a much better room. I believe a meeting of management and staff had been arranged for Fri 29/08/08, to discuss my comments. You might give me some feedback on that meeting if possible please.
General review: Overall other than the points I have raised, I was very impressed with the hotel. Nice food, pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. My friends where accommadated in the Crown rooms, which they were very pleased with.
