Having looked at 6 very good schools specialising in Dyslexia, this stood out as it offered a very holistic approach. Their understanding of Dyslexia and the associated frustrations and often baggage that comes with it is astounding. They truly offer a "whole" education - amazing academic results, but other things such as self esteem which is gained through many different areas, and is usually different for every child - but rest assured, they will find the key to unlock the talent in your child. Our son has gone from hating school to actually enjoying it. The teachers are dedicated, the Speech & Language department amazing and our son is a different child now. Our only regret is that we didn't find this place sooner! We have an 8 hour round trip to this school, and is worth every minute. Take a look and you will - feel - and see; and then decide. Our son said "it is like having Mrs W in every lesson". Mrs W was his special needs teacher at his previous school.
Until you visit E & S, you don't know what you are missing!
