I visited space today for lunch with a colleague. The food is always very good. However this is the second time in as many weeks that I have been and left hungry.My friend and I waited 30 minutes for lunch to arrive, mine never did. They arrived with the wrong order. After 50 minutes it had still not arrived and as I only had an hour for lunch I then cancelled my meal. At no point was I offered any redress and the guy who is in charge( I wont reveal his name) came over and said it was his job to find out what went wrong. He then proceeded to tell me that the service had gone down the pan!! There was no offer of any form of redress other than 'write in'. Will I go back , I don't think so.
