Good Points: Staff friendly and helpful
Bad Points: Decor of hotel poor needs refurbishing, the gutter was hanging off the stair carpet was badly worn. No water glasses. Bedroom window would not close properly. No mattress cover on the bed. No hot water for a shower or bath. No decent outside lighting so getting in late quite hazardous as the weather was icy.
General review: Very disappointing as I felt it was a lot of money for a B&B. Breakfast no brown toast or Meusli offered.
