had a lovely shopping experience on Saturday - the singer was superb too!
we came down from Somerset for the week-end and thought we would have some retail therapy -
as for the Coffee Shop....well, we had to wait 30 minutes to be served with 4 drinks!
my husband was asked by 3 different members of staff what he wanted to drink, finally getting what he wanted at the last attempt - when he walked away from the counter, he could see the staff member who originally asked whta he wanted, having a drink himself!!!
we think that you should really have words with the staff in the coffee shpo, as everybody was losing the will to live!
very disappointed, as usually have good experiences in your coffee shops as well as the stores.
very thirsty visitors from Somerset!
