Good Points: The meal we had and the female waiting staff service was excellent at both dinner and breakfast.
Bad Points: Upkeep of the room was poor. Toilet moved away from the wall. Window failed to lock shut. Room was cold. Televisin reception was poor. Evacuation protocols were also not clearly displayed as we discovered them only whilst flicking through the information brouchure- this was interesting as at least sme humour was displayed in the writing.
General review: I last stayed in this hotel about 30 years ago and felt that I was in a bit of a time Warp. Whilst the Name has changed on a few occasions the decoration appeared stuck back in the 70's.

We often go climbing in Fort William and always book into this great hotel. The leisure facilities, residents bar, buffet breakfast and great staff make it a regular stop over for us, and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the Fort.
