Good Points: Clean well decorated room, good breakfast, good value dinner. Quiet location.
Bad Points: Asked twice for room door to be fixed as it did not shut fully - never done! Lacking in bar and lounge atmosphere, staff seem to eager to clear things down and shut up shop by 10 p.m. and make you feel in the way.
General review: Good value for money ,but, needs a more welcoming atmosphere in bar and lounge area after dinner.

Good Points: Yes it was fine. The window in room 205 was broken (sash broken) but staff very helpful to deal with it.
Bad Points: sash window not functional!
General review: Spoiled by noisy guests shouting in early hours and making noise in corridor. Wedding disco appallingly noisy until far too late. Should there not be a 11pm cut off or severe limitation of thumping bass etc?

Good Points: The overall quality,cleanliness and location
Bad Points: Nothing
General Review: The location and facilities where excellent, it would have been nice to have had better information of the distance to the lodge from the hotel and the fact that the area was very poorly lit, although this did'nt cause us any problems it would have been nice to have been aware before arrival.

Good Points: the hotel was marvelous,the grounds are lovely to have a leisurely stroll and our room excellent with a great view of the golf course, the hotel and room were spotlessly clean.RECCOMENDED
Bad Points: there was nothing to dislike
General Review: This hotel is the ideal place if you want a quiet/romantic getaway as there arent really any pubs/clubs close by but then again the hotel has a great bar. The waitress at breakfast was very helpful to us with regards to places to go to, she was lovely. We would definately return to this hotel again.

Good Points: IT WAS A LARGE WELL FURNISHED ROOM. THE IRON AND IRONING BOARD WERE A USEFUL FACILITY
Bad Points: NO DISLIKES
General Review: WE ARE REGULAR HOTEL VISITORS AND WE CONSIDER THE KENWICK PARK IS OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD
