i was charged for £15 for a fair that would usually costs £8 in an amber taxi! as far as i am concerned your taxi company are not completetly legit and that your drivers are charging more than necersary! needless to say i won't be using your taxi company again and will be spreading the information about how dreadful the service and prices are! i hope you understand how important your customers are, and stop treating them the wayn you do!
i would enjoy a reply from your company if it would explain why i got charged nearly a double fair from the driver! I phoned the company number provided and the number that the driver provided was not reconised. the taxi driver gave me the driver liscence of 4576, not sure if this is true, but i would like to see action taken against drivers that treat customers in this way! Ace Cars do not deserve any custom in Leeds because of the customer service and general display towards society!

I had occcasion to call this company when on a visit to Leeds to meet a Council Client.
Both drivers were extremely helpful and most pleasant.
Thank you to all concerned, including switchboard.
